Here's a shortcut to get perfect buttermilk results by using standard stuff from your kitchen. It will save you a fortune and you can whip it up in a few minutes whenever you need it.
Servings: 1 kg of chicken
- 250 grams Yoghurt If using Greek yoghurt or a thicker yoghurt, increase the amount of milk
- 100 ml Milk
- Pour both yoghurt and milk into a bowl. Mix together until there's no lumps…….That's it!
